Company Profile Conrad Industries is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is engaged in the construction, repair and conversion of a variety of marine vessels for commercial and governmental customers. Vessels Co. constructs include offshore and inland barges, flood gates, split-hull dump scows, dredges, drydocks, tug boats, tow boats, ferries, lift boats and other offshore support vessels. Co. repairs a variety of marine vessels. Co.'s conversion projects are included in its repair segment and primarily consist of lengthening the midbodies of vessels, modifying vessels to permit their use for a type of activity and other modifications to increase the capacity or functionality of a vessel.
