Company Profile CarePayment Technologies, through its 99.0% owned subsidiary, CP Technologies LLC, operates a receivables servicing business. Co.'s affiliate, CarePayment, LLC (CarePayment), or one of its affiliates, purchases from healthcare providers the portion of their accounts receivable that are due directly from patients. Co. then administers, services, and collects those accounts receivable on behalf of CarePayment for a fee. A patient whose healthcare receivable is acquired by CarePayment is provided the CarePayment® program with a loyalty card and a line of credit and, if they accept the terms of the offer, becomes a CarePayment® customer.
