Co.'s primary business activities, apart from owning the shares of its subsidiary, Tempo Bank (the Bank), consists of borrowings to the Bank's Employee Stock Ownership Plan and investing in deposit accounts at the Bank and other financial institutions. Co.'s lending activities consist of single-family owner and non-owner occupied residential loans, commercial and multi-family real estate loans, land loans and consumer loans. Co.'s deposit instruments include non-interest-bearing negotiable order of withdrawal accounts and savings accounts. At Mar 31 2016, Co. had total assets of $97.2 million and total deposits of $78.9 million.
