Company Profile Hugoton Royalty Trust is an express trust. XTO Energy Inc. (XTO Energy) is the grantor and Simmons Bank is the trustee for Co. has net profits interests in certain primarily gas-producing working interest properties in Kansas, Oklahoma and Wyoming. The underlying properties are primarily gas-producing properties with production in the Hugoton area of Oklahoma and Kansas, the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma and the Green River Basin of Wyoming. The majority of the underlying working interest properties are owned and operated by XTO Energy.
