Company Profile Proliance International designs, manufactures and markets heat exchange products (radiators, heater cores and complete heaters) and temperature control parts (condensers, compressors, accumulators/driers and evaporators) for the automotive and light truck aftermarket. In addition, Co. designs, manufactures and distributes heat exchange products (radiators, radiator cores, condensers, charge air coolers, oil coolers, marine coolers and other specialty heat exchangers) primarily for the heavy duty aftermarket. As of Dec 31 2008, Co. had two segments: Domestic, which supplies products in the U.S. and Canada; and International, which supplies products in Mexico, Europe and Central America.
