Company Profile PowerShares Dynamic Consumer Staples Sector Portfolio is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks results that correspond to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dynamic Consumer Staples Sector Intellidex index. The index consists of approximately 60 U.S. consumer staples companies. These companies are principally engaged in the business of providing consumer goods and services that have non-cyclical characteristics, including tobacco, textiles, food and beverage, and non-discretionary retail. As of Apr 30 2013, the Fund had total assets of $37,812,149 and a total investment portfolio of $37,773,828.
