Company Profile ProUroCare Medical is a development stage company engaged in the developing of products for the detection and characterization of male urological prostate disease. The primary focus of Co. is the prostate imaging device, known as the ProUroScan™ System, which is designed to produce an elasticity image of the prostate as an adjunctive aid in visualizing and documenting abnormalities of the prostate that have been detected by digital rectal examination (DRE). As an adjunct to DRE, the ProUroScan System will be used following an abnormal DRE to generate a real-time image of the prostate.
