Data Feeds

Why choose our data Feeds? Core dumps and nightly feeds are provided to customers in order to enrich their applications, websites and data products. We help you better inform your end users by providing reliable, accurate and timely service.

Insider Data Our data can be used in any real-time financial data applications. Customers can either choose to house our data and have update files available via FTP or you can use XML to pull the necessary data as it is needed. Full customization, support and development is available.

Institutional Data For use in data applications and websites. New, update and deletion files are produced every Sunday night. We can produce and customize extra feed files to include your specific calculations on an as needed basis.

Shares Outstanding & Company Data Delivery of shares outstanding and company data for over 10,000 companies are produced Monday-Friday. Pricing and specially requested Edgar filing data are not included in these files.

Historical and Data Feed Format Bulk feeds are provide in a pipe delimited file via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). XML is used to pull data if your subscription does not include in house storage rights. For institutional feeds, 3 files (new, update, and delete) are produced weekly. Insider filings are produced nightly or every 3 minutes from 6:00 am until 11:00 PM EST depending on your subscription service. Outstanding shares and company data files are produced every night at 11:00 PM EST and includes split adjustments.
