Posted 11/19/2006. At the time of the posting, institutional ownership went up 4% during Fremont's previous quarter. Fremont's average price during the quarter was $20.72, down 33%. A small amount of shares were held by guru investor Ken Fisher of Fisher Investments. A director bought and a 10% owner was selling indirectly. The selling did not affected the price and the purchase was overshadowed.

This is when the tracking the institutions becomes very important. This stock might have stayed where it was for a length of time, fortunately, it moved quickly after they reported quarterly results.
